Solari clocks lands at a Booster Station of a gas pipeline in Kuwait

Quasar, OLC and MCK By Solari for a centralized clock system in Kuwait.

0101

A new Booster Station is being built in Kuwait: for this purpose, Solari will provide a centralized clock system.

This installation requires several OLC 1050 clocks, customized to offer a seconds indicator and characterized with a higher degree of protection compared with the standard version (IP42 instead of the classic IP40).

Furthermore, for this type of system, an Ethernet interface and NTP protocol will be added to better integrate the clock within the time information system.

Besides these clocks, two Quasar clocks will be inserted in the system as well. Hhey will offer hour, minute and second indicators and, considered the environment in which they will be installed, they will also be capable of resisting elevated temperatures of up to 50°.

Finally, a Pilot Clock (MCK 2290 NTP RACK) is added to complete the system. It has an antenna to receive a GPS signal for synchronizing time. This MCK clock will keep all other system clocks synchronized.
